Dr. Romero will present “Smoldering Damage in Mild Traumatic Brain Injuries” as part of the Medical Professional Track from 11:00–11:50 a.m. Her session will explore how mild TBIs—often overlooked or underestimated—can result in ongoing damage that impacts patients’ long-term health and recovery. The TBI Symposium brings together top voices in medicine and law for a full day of collaboration, education, and networking.
