Definitely want to give a big shout out to this location, the employees are amazing.
Quick short story. I have the worst type of bipolar, so I’m advise to basically steer clear of people especially for my anxiety.
When I say Ms. Laniz does just that. There was one mixup where another rep scheduled me around a lot of others. LANIZ jumped on it so quick and made sure to get it fixed. Her customer service, personality, work ethics, etc is AMAZING! Truly thankful for her.
DR.Hazel, she is so patient with me, kind, understanding, honest, flexible and just all around amazing too. Another person I’m truly thankful for in this journey.
Essence!!! Spell check. Man oh man. I know she knows how I am, works patiently and efficiently with me. Gives me enough attention and conversation to basically let me know she is there but she is also giving me my space to respect how I am. Hands on show me how to an exercise and let me do the rest from there. I truly am grateful for her also. It’s her last day coming up, I’m sad but so happy for everything that is coming to her 💃🏾💃🏾🥰‼️
Honestly the whole staff is truly amazing from what I see and this is what has me keep coming back 10/10
