How will I know if my appointment is confirmed?
While we make every effort to ensure the appointment time you selected is confirmed, we may need to loop back with you to find alternate times. You’ll receive a confirmation email and text message after your booking is confirmed. You’ll also get text reminders before your appointment.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment online?
Yes! You’ll find a link in your confirmation email or text that lets you easily cancel or reschedule.
What if I can't find an appointment time that works?

What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring a valid photo ID, insurance card (if applicable), and complete our new patient paperwork (via online) related to your injury or condition. Arriving 10–15 minutes early helps us start your visit on time.
