The entire team is so incredibly amazing!! i’ve never felt more comfortable with a staff before. But specifically Dr. Vickers, Liz, Noemi, and my girl Nicole!!! Dr. Vickers was so kind and any question i had he never made me feel dumb for asking. Nicole is truly such a kind soul and instantly made me feel safe and comfortable working with her and just having conversations with her was something i always looked forward to!! The girls Liz and Noemi who worked at the front are the sweetest people ever!! Always greeted me with a big smile and always asked how i was doing. This team and company is amazing and i’m truly so happy with everything they did for me!!

Life changing care after near-death car accident. From the smiling faces at the front desk handling complicated scheduling of intense treatment plans to the star of the show, Nicole, who values all patients and takes Doctors’ data combined with patient feedback to seamlessly weave together custom care… this facility has it all. They’ve thoughtfully packed almost every kind of specialist and equipment all under one roof which meant that my injuries spanning across my entire body were all treated at the same location. The amount of time saved by not having to bounce all around town to different clinics for treatment made all the difference after a wreck that disheveled the rest of my life. It truly felt that ProCare’s team motto was “I got you.” I barely had to think about anything, I never had to advocate for myself because they already were, all I had to do was show up. The doctors (Vickers, Ezekiel, & Hussaini) were thorough in finding every small injury from my vaguely described pain and they showed compassion and dignity every step of the way. They always called me by my name, too. I am forever grateful and highly recommend ProCare, specifically the Central Austin location, to anyone in need.

Procare is a well-run, immaculate facility, but it is the staff that truly makes it stand out. Liz and Noemi at the front desk are incredibly welcoming and always greeted me by my first name, which I especially appreciated since it isn’t easy to pronounce. In the exercise room, Nicole is remarkably proficient and adept at managing activities; her cheerful energy always made me feel comfortable and supported throughout my sessions. The attending doctor was equally caring and attentive to my specific needs, ensuring I felt heard and well-cared for. Overall, the friendliness and helpful nature of the entire team is commendable, making for a lovely experience from start to finish. I recommend Procare 100 percent for anyone seeking professional and compassionate care.

It has been pretty overwhelming after the accident, but all the staff from Pro-Care have been super supportive & helpful through the whole process. I want to specifically mention Noemi, Liz & Nicole they have been so great & very helpful since day one. They are AWESOME ladies! I adore these people! After a car accident, the last thing I wanted to do was move my head around and exert myself. Dr. Vickers made me feel so safe and supported that within weeks, along with the incredible care from Nicole, who was so generous with her knowledge, I looked forward to my PT sessions. From my first session to my last, I experienced radical improvement in my mobility and strength. Noemi and Liz always greeted me at the desk with a smile and consummate professionalism. If you’re needing support after any kind of injury or accident, these are the people you want in your corner. I’ll be forever grateful!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The physical therapist and chiropractor both genuinely care about their patients and it shows. They listened to my concerns, created a plan that worked for me, and supported me through every step of my recovery. I was able to learn helpful techniques and stretches to use at home, which really helped me keep progressing. Overall, the service was great and I feel so much better than when I started!
