Dr. D’Amico and her team at ProCare Injury Specialists are amazing! They met all my needs and truly helped take away my pain. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what they were doing. The entire team was great to work with, and they always made me feel comfortable and cared for. The facility was always clean, and the great music made every visit even better. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

ProCare Injury Specialists is great! They treat you like family, and everyone is welcoming and professional. They are patient, flexible with your schedule, and work with you until you feel better. Every appointment I had was very helpful and played a big part in my recovery after the accident. I truly recommend them 100%. I’d especially like to recognize Maxima—she was amazing!

You know your care was top-notch when graduation day is hard because you do not want to say goodbye. To the leaders at ProCare, you hired right on point at this location! I cannot say enough good things about this team. I came in frustrated, in pain, and eager for answers. From day one, that frustration started to fade, and I quickly began looking forward to every visit. At every appointment, I felt supported, seen, and truly cared for as a person. Never once did I feel like just another patient, which is something I have unfortunately felt in other medical spaces. The intentionality of every teammate at this location made such a difference in my experience. I wish I could name each person at this location and share a thank you, but for fear of this review being too too long already I will name two who impacted me the most. To all of the other teammates, THANK YOU. You also added to my experience. A special thank you to Maxima and Dr. D’Amico. Maxima — thank you for bringing so much joy each day, for making me feel welcome from the start, and for guiding me through every step of therapy. You made therapy feel lighter, and somehow even cupping became manageable because you kept me laughing through it all. I appreciate you very much! Dr. D’Amico — thank you for your patience with all of my many questions and for always being honest and thoughtful in your guidance. I felt how much you cared not just about my recovery, but about me as a person and what mattered to me. Future ProCare patients: run to the Lamar location, or wherever these teammates are. You will leave feeling cared for, grateful, and 10 times better than when you first walked in.

When I recover back to 100%, im considering getting into another car wreck just to get more time with my favorite people here at the wonderful ProCare Injury Specialists, the leading injury care center In South Austin. Everyone is a joy to be around and I’m always greeted at the door with a smile and an enthusiastic “hi, Dylan!”, not to mention the optimism and high energy from everybody, even right at the crack of dawn! The ladies here are awesome and make getting back to good health a fun journey. Maxima taught me a lot about One Direction and its members that I was not prepared for, but also many great exercises to do both at my appointments and at home. On top of that, she can easily adjust to what works best for me. Dr. Jillian D’Amico has a great taste in music and is just as quick to making a joke as I am, whilst keeping professionalism high, very impressive. Of course, she’s also a great doctor and explains everything that’s medical-related in a way that makes perfect sense to me and my lil brain. Nubia (God, I hope I got that right) joined the ranks later into my sessions, but she’s very friendly and funny and caught on to my weekly routine all quicklike. Also, listens to Sleep Token allegedly. siiiiccckkkkk. People who also are keeping spirits up are the other patients. We get to share our favorite songs with each other and provide snappy wisecracks, not mean enough to make you cry, but just enough that you’ll think about it and laugh on the drive home. All-in-all, I’d say I ended up at the best place possible given my unfortunate circumstances. Everyone is just peachy keen. Thanks for the fun memories and fixing my shoulder, neck, and back. If y’all ever wanna throw me a party you have my number lol Peace out, girl scouts ✌🏻

Procare staff was absolutely amazing in coordinating care after my auto accident. Everyone is so welcoming, kind, and helpful. This is a place I would recommend for anyone to evaluate their injuries. I’m saying that as someone who doesn’t leave Google reviews, and as someone who works in healthcare 🙂
