Dr. D'Amico and her team at Procare on South Lamar were very professional, friendly and compassionate. I came in after a car accident with pain in my ribs and left hand and after 6 weeks I walked out the door almost as good as new! In my last session I was happy that I'm healed but also sad to say goodbye. You guys do an incredible job, thank God the world is a much better place with dedicated people like you!

I have had a long recovery journey here at the South Austin ProCare Injury Specialists and as I come to my last appointment today I am filled with such gratitude and appreciation for the amazing women that run that office. Nuvia did an amazing job taking care of not only me but everyone else. She provided examples to new stretches and always had such an amazing attitude that made you feel cared about. Andrea at the front desk was amazing at helping me schedule my appointments and always being so welcoming at the door. Dr.D’Amico did an amazing job at following up with her patients and making sure that treatment was adjusted as needed. Overall I had an amazing experience with these wonderful women and filled with love and great appreciation for their care. I am going to miss seeing them every other day but nonetheless thankful for the great care they provided. Thank you!

Nothing but great things to say about this procare location especially Nuvia she’s always bringing positive energy and making sure you are getting the best results while you are here. I really feel like I’m starting to heal especially after the accident I was in. They also have a rang of in house service so you don’t have to see multiple doctors at many different locations. The doctors are always so attentive and polite as well. Great place!

This is one of the most comfortable, and welcoming places to be in general, let alone rehab in. Whatever mood you’re in before entering Pro Care I promise you’ll be in a better one after seeing them. Before finding Pro Care I had went to an emergency room at another facility where I feel like my discomfort/pain was met with indifference and they quite frankly minimized what was later found to be a quite serious injury in my back. Pro care was the opposite. Immediately upon having my first visit, Dr. A’mico listened to what I was feeling and met me with empathy and reassurance. If I hadn’t gone through Pro Care and just listened to that other facility, I honestly would’ve ended up messing up my back even more without even knowing there was an issue. As soon as I walk in, Andrea greets me with warmth and kindness every single visit and asks about my day/week/weekend so I’m already going in with a good mood from that. And Nuvia is one of the most friendly, lively, and caring physical therapists I’ve ever gotten the pleasure to be around. I literally felt like Dr. A’mico and Nuvia were in my corner through every step of my rehab, personally walking me through exercises, checking in on my pain levels, and listening and giving adjustments whenever necessary. Listening to them work other patients, it’s become apparent that they greet everybody the same kindness and friendliness and most of all quality care. Also Dr. Ezekiel, was a fantastic help. He would listen to my ailments as I presented them to him and gave me tips for not just navigating the pain, but for making sure that I am able to know the right ways to lift/perfom physical tasks that will keep me healthy and mobile for the years to come. I can really tell that he cared about me being healthy and mobile into my old age as I am currently 26. Now that my treatment is coming to an end I’m genuinely sad that I won’t get to see them 3 times a week. Before I knew it, I was beginning to look forward to my next PT session just so that I could start my days off with them. The work outs/stretches that Nuvia, and Dr. D’Amico gave me have helped tremendously with my pain. They’re amazing doctors/physical therapists and even better people to be around, which is saying a lot because they seriously know their stuff. If my friend got injured in an accident, I would recommend them to Pro Care without a second thought. Andrea, Nuvia & Dr. A’mico have genuinely been one the bright spots in my life in general let alone recovery these last 3 months. If you think this message is long it’s because they deserve it lol.

This location has been so amazing for me since I moved to Austin back in April. After a leg injury, I was referred and recommended to this location. The staff have been absolutely amazing since I started coming in back in May. They’ve helped me get back on my feet since my accident and I’m feeling much better than ever. A huge shoutout to Andrea for making all the appointments, Nuvia for helping with the exercises and Dr D’Amico for understanding the problems, reading the X-rays and making the best recommendations for the rehabilitation process. Without them, my stay in Austin would have been terrible. ✌️👍

The South Lamar team is the best. They are all personable, attentive, and flexible with my work schedule. Highly recommend.

Nuvia is the best she made sure that I stayed on track and never gave up. Super cool always made me feel welcomed. Andrea I can’t say enough thank you. She made sure to always make sure I was ok when I wasn’t able to make it to my appointment. Thanks for caring so much. And The Doc in the house. Ol Doc D’Amico. Thank you for always laughing at my pain. Hahah thank you for pushing me on the days that I felt like I wanted to give up. Thanks to everyone out there I really appreciate yall too the fullest.
