Just when I had lost all hope of me arriving @ my appointment 2dy; Wednesday, 10 June 2026 @ 0800 by arriving @ the wrong location I then had 2 B rescheduled, but a cancellation occurred & I was given the opportunity 2 still obtain my appointment on the date, but just a little later due 2 the professionalism and care of the office staff. I know this can’t work out this way all of the time, but the fact that they remembered me accidentally missing my scheduled appointment & made it happen will not go unnoticed which has made this location 1 of my go 2 “Happy Places”

I have only WONDERFUL things to say about this place and the staff that work here. Dr. Vickers is a great Doctor. He took time and explained everything he was doing and was so patient with every question I asked him. Noemi and Liz are some of the sweetest people I've ever met. I believe they knew my name and face after the second time of me coming in, and when I would come in they greeted me with warm welcomes. Nicole was my PT and she did an amazing job. She did wonderful at explaining the exercises and making sure to stress what part I should be feeling it in. She is very knowledgeable and a joy to work with. There was another PT I believe his name was David, he also did a great job but I didn't get to pleasure of working with him a lot. This is an amazing business and I have no idea how this business got some many amazing people under one roof

The staff and specialists were all wonderful people to work with during my recovery. Nicole was always very pleasant and accommodating to work with. Dr. Vickers and Dr. Hussaini were very knowledgeable about my injuries, and handled all communication with other parties on my behalf. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a smooth and comprehensive recovery process.

I had a brief appointment here at Pro-Care and the staff did a phenomenal job at making it memorable. Dr.Ezekiel was so kind and welcoming. He did an incredible job at evaluating my medical needs and overall made me feel very comfortable. I really enjoyed my visit here and highly recommend this clinic!

My experience at ProCare injury specialist was wonderful!! The tech Emily was so amazing she Made me feel so welcomed and she seen how stressed out I was last week about having an appointment pushed out so farfor my injection. I was in a lot of pain and Emily did everything she could possibly do to help me get an appointment that was sooner. During my procedure, she kept me very calm while I was nervous and I was amazed at how She kept me laughing and smiling during my procedure the way she numbed it with the spray had me laughing during my whole procedure. I’ve never met a tech like Emily and I want to say thank you ProCare for having such a wonderful tech to give me such a great experience with.

The entire team is so incredibly amazing!! i’ve never felt more comfortable with a staff before. But specifically Dr. Vickers, Liz, Noemi, and my girl Nicole!!! Dr. Vickers was so kind and any question i had he never made me feel dumb for asking. Nicole is truly such a kind soul and instantly made me feel safe and comfortable working with her and just having conversations with her was something i always looked forward to!! The girls Liz and Noemi who worked at the front are the sweetest people ever!! Always greeted me with a big smile and always asked how i was doing. This team and company is amazing and i’m truly so happy with everything they did for me!!

Life changing care after near-death car accident. From the smiling faces at the front desk handling complicated scheduling of intense treatment plans to the star of the show, Nicole, who values all patients and takes Doctors’ data combined with patient feedback to seamlessly weave together custom care… this facility has it all. They’ve thoughtfully packed almost every kind of specialist and equipment all under one roof which meant that my injuries spanning across my entire body were all treated at the same location. The amount of time saved by not having to bounce all around town to different clinics for treatment made all the difference after a wreck that disheveled the rest of my life. It truly felt that ProCare’s team motto was “I got you.” I barely had to think about anything, I never had to advocate for myself because they already were, all I had to do was show up. The doctors (Vickers, Ezekiel, & Hussaini) were thorough in finding every small injury from my vaguely described pain and they showed compassion and dignity every step of the way. They always called me by my name, too. I am forever grateful and highly recommend ProCare, specifically the Central Austin location, to anyone in need.
