I enjoyed my experience at pro care and recommend choosing them as your injury specialist. The staff were so kind and welcoming. Shout out to my physical therapist Maxima who was always very patient and supportive through out my therapies and was also very knowledgeable. Front desk Andrea who was always on top of my appointments and personality that made my experience coming in to my appointments the best . Also shout out to Dr rushing and D’Amico who took great care of me and always answered any questions I had and made sure I left feeling better the I came in.

My husband and I were very well taken care of—they gave us a lot of attention and the entire staff is very kind and highly professional.

I came to ProCare after being rear-ended in a car accident under the instruction of attorneys. I would not have sought this care otherwise, but I am so glad that I did. Pain from the initial accident increased over the coming days and new pains arose from compensating for damages from the initial impact. I had never been in an accident like this before so I was lucky to walk away and be under the care of ProCare. They handled scheduling of all appointments ranging from physical therapy, imaging, pain mgmt and other services making recovery so much easier for me. Their staff was always accessible to schedule and reschedule appts if i needed flexibility.

Maxima and Dr D’Amico paid close attention to my progress each day showing up for PT. They listened and adjusted treatments based on how I was feeling and responded with effective modifications to my plan. I “graduated” from PT 6 weeks after my accident with significant pain reduction and regained strength in my neck, back, and hips. My body would not be in good working order if it was not for their expert care. PT works. Stick with it. Use ProCare if you've been hurt and dont know how to navigate the healthcare system on your own.

I had an amazing experience. All the of providers were professional, compassionate and most of all, human. They listened to my concerns and worked with me to get results. When I started my neck was stiff and I had limited range of motion in my upper back – I was tighter than a jar no one could open. By my last session, I could move in ways I hadn’t been able move and I even had improvement in my shoulder that I wasn’t officially being treated for that is scheduled for surgery in June. I’d give this place 10 stars, but is the max.

They made me feel welcome and comfortable right away, and they took the time to go through all the concerns I had about my injuries and adjusted stretches/workouts to my lifestyle. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They made the best of a bad situation after my car accident. Maxima does a great job of walking you through the exercises and checking in to make sure you are still comfortable while still pushing yourself. Can’t wait to go back after my next car accident!
