After being in an accident January 2026 when a semi ran a red light and hit me my Attorney sent me here for my treatments. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Rosales, David Brittney. Let’s start with Brittney – she is the one that holds everything together and makes everything run smoothly. If you have a question or concern, Brittney will know the answer, and if she doesn’t she will find it out for you. Dr. Rosales and David are the dynamic duo. They are the reason you get better. David has a call demeanor and takes his time showing and working with you through your exercises and therapies like decompression, and he always makes sure you are comfortable with what you’re doing and how you feel. I have seen many chiropractors in my day and Dr. Rosales is hands down the best I have seen. He is easy to talk to, no question is silly to ask and he explains things very well. You don’t feel like a number that’s there to be adjusted and rushed on to the next. He’s very thorough. The combination of having a degree in Kinesiology and Chiropractic Care is what makes him stand out because he utilizes those skills through massage techniques and other modalities. He just really knows his stuff and cares about his patients. I highly recommend the New Braunfels location of ProCare Injury Specialists.

I love this place they’ve really helped me recover w my injury, everyone here is so nice and helpful always makes me feel comfortable and happy and I love coming here cause of the music they play lol.

All the staff is very easy to work with, they are kind and inviting. Dr Rosales listens to concerns and takes his time in the evaluation and each session.
